(a) Prize draw open to all customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Draw not open to employees of John Brown Group or The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of Companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw. (b) One entry per person. Entries are non-returnable, they and the copyright for them become the property of the promoter. Entries must be received by midnight 30 March 2012. (c) No purchase or quotation necessary – enter into the free prize draw by sending your name and address on a postcard to Sense, M&S Free Prize Draw, John Brown, 136-142 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR. (d) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible entries will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry. (e) One winner will be drawn at random on 6 April 2012 and will win £1,000 in Marks & Spencer vouchers. There are no cash alternatives. Vouchers are not transferable, nor assignable and can only be redeemed with Marks & Spencer. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. (f) The winner will be informed by phone or post within 14 days of the draw date. Information about the winner will be made available by sending a SAE to Sense, M&S Free Prize Draw, John Brown, 136-142 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR. (g) If the prizes are unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prizes as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for doing so. (h) The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw. (i) The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
